Take a deep breath. Do you want to grow your yoga practice? Yoga is holding our bodies in a posture (asana) that balances energy (prana) in order to bring us to a state of unity. When we have a healthy relationship with ourselves it radiates to those around us. Mental afflictions are stored in the body as tension. By breathing through asanas physical tension releases. This allows for a lighter or “enlightened” state. Patterns are observed in order to release them through physiology, focal shift and language. We are who we tell ourselves we are. You have a unique gift that only you can offer. This is your truth to accept. Yoga is union of self and connection to your unique truth. Through this connection we find growth and contribution.
